LENT 4: Who Sinned?
I wonder if like me you have found yourself struggling
with something, or in difficult situations where
things have become a bit stuck, and you and those
with you suddenly stop and say, “perhaps we are
asking the wrong question.”
And from that point a new “question” or way of
seeing things emerges beginning a new journey
that leads to new possibilities and there is growth
and new light shed on the whole issue.
Todays reading is such a moment for the followers
of Jesus, and it represents the challenge this week in
our Lenten journey.
How do our long-held answers to the questions of
faith and life keep us from seeing the new reality of
God and His Kingdom in our midst?
