MINISTER’S NOTE 13 OCTOBER 2024
There are times in life when God seems silent –
when we pray, seek, and wait, but hear no response.
In those moments, it’s easy to feel forgotten
or even question our faith. But Scripture encourages
us to seek God boldly, even when His presence
isn’t immediately felt.
Job experienced this when he cried out in anguish,
unable to find God in the midst of his suffering. Yet,
Job didn’t stop searching. Despite his frustration,
Job approached God with boldness, trusting that
God was still in control, even if His voice seemed
distant.
When we seek God in difficult times, we must do so
with the same boldness. God invites us to come to
Him, even when we don’t have all the answers or
when His silence is hard to understand. Trust that
the silence is not absence but a time of deep transformation.
Therefore, keep seeking, keep praying, and keep
knocking. God sees your efforts, and even in the
silence, He is working. Trust that His presence is constant,
and He will reveal Himself in ways you may
not expect. Be bold in your faith, knowing that
God’s grace and love are never far from you. Seek
Him, and you will find Him, even in the quiet.
Blessings,
Vuyelwa.
